Thumb screws make it easier, but most stick out pretty far into your bag and don't give much leverage - or at least they used to.

Enter the Rogue Panda Frame Bag Thumb Screws! We designed our very own screws and washers to solve your frame bag mounting woes. We made the head as low profile as possible, while simultaneously increasing the diameter to 20mm to give your fingertips more leverage.

Each screw comes with a custom-molded oblong washer, which provides a smooth surface along your frame bag so your cargo doesn't get snagged by the screw. It also covers most long bolt holes better than a round washer. They're also 65% lighter than a 1.5" steel fender washer, and made in the USA*!

Pricing is per single screw+washer set. We don't have volume discounts at retail - but if you are a bag maker looking to send these out with your frame bags, please reach out for pricing.

*The washers are USA-made, but the thumb screws are currently made in China. We are planning to move production to the same facility as the washers sometime in 2026. Unfortunately, high tariffs on injection mold tooling have dramatically increased the startup cost of molding in the US so we need to recover from the washer investment before we can move the screws over.

Note: If you have a Rogue Panda bolt-on frame bag on order, these thumb screws are already included! We increased our bolt-on prices and started including them back in May. But if you bought a frame bag before we introduced the screws, we've got you too. Use coupon code SCREWIT for 40% off through June 30th, 2026. You must order under the same email you used to purchase your frame bag.

Specs

Weight (per set)

8 grams

Thread Pitch

M5 x 0.8

Thread Length

18mm

Thumb Screw Head Diameter

20mm

Thumb Screw Head Height

5mm

Overall Height (with washer)

10mm

Washer Length

50mm

Washer Width

18mm
